This twin section tray is finished with a 2 layer copper coloured non-stick coating which allows you to cook with little or no oil or fat. It offers two different sections, one with a flat, smooth base that is ideal for foods such as vegetables, meats, fish, pies. The second section features drainage holes that make it ideal for crispy cooked chips, pizza or burgers.
